I. We collect your personal information when you interact with our Products.
1. Personal information:
1.1. Surname, middle name and given name, other names (if any);
1.2. Date of birth; date of death or disappearance;

1.5. Place of birth, place of birth registration, permanent residence, temporary residence, current residence, hometown, contact address;
1.6. Personal image; information obtained from security systems, including recordings of images of Personal Data Subjects on camera systems, and surveillance cameras at the Company's business/transaction locations;

3. The following are the sources of information we collect:

2.1. The Company will receive children's Personal Information under the principle of protecting the best rights and interests of children and under the provisions of law.
2.2. The Company only uses children's Personal Information and provides products and services to children if the parents or guardians agree to allow the children to use the Company's products and services, agree to let the Company use the children's Personal Information, agree to this Policy and comply with the requirements of relevant laws. In the case of children aged 6 years and older using the Company's products and services, in addition to the requirements stated herein, the Company only uses the children's Personal Information with the consent of that child. 6.2 When we transfer your personal information to other countries, we will ensure that it is transferred under this Privacy Policy and as permitted by applicable privacy laws.

7.1 At DeLaSea Hotel, privacy is our highest priority. Our system is designed to ensure the safety and privacy of your information.

We also regularly coordinate with security experts to update the latest information on network security to ensure the safety of personal information. When collecting data, we store and secure personal information on the server system and this personal information is secured by firewall systems, access control measures, and data encryption.
7.3 Your payment card information issued by financial institutions is protected by us according to international standards with the principle of not recording important payment card data on our system. Your payment transactions are carried out on the system of the relevant bank.
